Vikings in longboatsThe Lower Bann Riverfest will be taking place on the 14th and 15th June 2008. The event will include rowing, jet-ski's, wakeboarding and many more activities for the whole family to enjoy. 1. Glenarm Castle World Highland Games - Walled Garden at Glenarm Castle, Glenarm, Ballymena, 14 Jul - 15 Jul

World class athletes compete in this years highland games challenge, pole climbing, sheep shearing and livestock competition, rare breeds, Scottish and Irish dancing.
2. Race Day Set for NW200 2009 - Coleraine Borough Council, Coleraine, 04 May - 24 Sep

Coleraine and District Motor Club officials have confirmed that the 2009 International North West 200 will take place on Saturday 16th May with Race Week festivities commencing on Saturday 9th May.
3. Riverwatch Visitor Centre & Aquarium - Londonderry/Derry

Riverwatch offers people of all ages and abilities the opportunity to explore and discover the wonderful natural resources of the Foyle and Carlingford Loughs. Learn about the incredible life of the salmon and much more.
4. Damhead Miniature Railway 13th July - Coleraine

A miniature steam train ride at Damhead near Coleraine. Locomotive passenger coaches are both steam and diesel. Adults and children are carried on the trains. Lasts for 5 mins covering 1/3 mile of track. Picnic facilities available.
5. Causeway Speciality Market 14th Feb, 14th Mar, 13th Apr, 9th May, 13th June 2009 - Coleraine

The Causeway Specialty market is a vibrant organic, specialty and craft market held in the centre of Coleraine
6. Culdrum Organic Farm - Coleraine

This organic farm runs a mixed organic small holding using biodynamic methods to keep Saddleback pigs, chickens and a range of vegetables including 10 different types of potatoes, salad vegetables, carrots and onions.
7. Aisling Ghear Theatre Co. - Belfast

Established in 1997, this theatre company specialises in Irish language productions (with simultaneous translation into English via headset). Productions include works by Samuel Beckett, Brian Friel, Willy Russell, Machiavelli and WB Yeats.
